Unreal Tournament 2015?

GameNacho has noticed Unreal Tournament 2015 listed for the PS4 on the Swedish store Webhallen.

While far from confirmed, it's definitely something we'll be watching. Maybe we can get some confirmation from the guys and gals in Cary, NC. Thanks to Jason for sending it in!

Borderlands 2: Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep Gameplay

Gearbox has released a 40 minute peek at the upcoming 'Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep' DLC. Reportedly having more original assets than all the other DLC combined, TTAoDK plops the player in the middle of a game of 'Bunkers and Badasses' where literally anything goes.

I personally stopped watching a few minutes in as I didn't want to completely spoil the experience, but it was enough to get me interested. Also, be warned there's a significant spoiler just a few minutes in and if you haven't played the main campaign then you'll be in for a surprise.

15 Years of Unreal!

That's right, folks. Fifteen years ago today, Unreal hit shelves. In the following years, the series became significant and prolific. Today, we are hoping for something more. We couldn't exactly ignore this milestone, though, could we?

To celebrate, the Unreal Deal Pack is 75% off on Steam. That's a screaming deal for all your favorite Unreal games, unless your favorite Unreal game happens to be Unreal Tournament 2003. You will just have to put up with 2004 instead.

If you want to see Epic's nod to their past, you can obviously check it out. There are some screenshots there to pique your nostalgia.

Make Something Unreal Live 2013 Winners

Epic announced the winners of the 2013 Make Something Unreal Live contest. Amazingly, top honors went to a game called Epigenesis that looks very much like Unreal Tournament 2003's Bombing Run. I could find a single video of the gameplay to show you what I mean:

Congratulations to developer Dead Shark Triplepunch who walks away with an Unreal Engine license for the game.

In a surprise move, the judges also awarded a license to the second place game, Polymorph, by developer Kairos. All finalists got a generous helping of hardware from the sponsors.

Warframe Reaches 1M Players

Warframe, the new free-to-play 'space ninja' third person shooter from our good friends at Digital Extremes, has surpassed the 1 million player mark. Pretty impressive! It is currently in open beta form and available on Steam.

Warframe has been gaining momentum as the next gen Free-to-Play title to watch since October when its Closed Beta began. Bringing a AAA quality gaming experience to the Free-to-Play market has been one of the goals for the development team from the outset. Between the impressive graphics, solid fine-tuned gameplay and regular content and feature updates, Warframe has more than exceeded fan and team expectations to date.

Attributing to its quick success, Digital Extremes has viewed the emerging Free-to-Play segment as a true opportunity to reconnect directly with gamers. Maintaining development transparency and regular interaction with its community is part of the team's design philosophy that has truly paid off in establishing a solid, loyal fan base that is growing in droves alongside the game.
